At arcadion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unprinted, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Custom-printed or personalized orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Process

Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

Ship the product back to us in its original condition.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for the same product in a different size or color (if in stock).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
